Toda House
Hiroshima, Japan

Architects: Office of Kimihiko Okada

Thanks to the open shape of the building and the elevated structure, there is space for a sunny garden on the ground floor.

This unique family home appears to hover above the ground. It stands on stilts, with a shape reminiscent of a bird’s nest. Spread across different platforms, the living area winds upwards in a spiral, with the roof and floor consisting of a continuous plate. The rooms are glazed on two sides and meander round the building, one on top of the other.

High quality GROHE Atlanta fittings at all the water outlets in the home guarantee lasting user comfort with perfect GROHE quality.
