Loft-style conversion of the former assembly rooms

The listed former Supreme Court building has been converted into self-contained high-end residential complex. The architectural design is defined by the building layout and its load-bearing structure, as well as the opulent fittings of the building, which reflect its former prestigious function. The success of the project lies in bringing out the unique charm of the building, making the building accessible and usable, despite the technical and financial constraints.

Naturally ventilated bathrooms flooded with natural daylight allow the residents to relax and recover from the stresses of daily life. White sanitary ware, white wall tiles and slate-like stoneware floors provide an understated décor. White GROHE Skate Air wall plates on the GROHE Rapid SL WC units feature the same stylish design. The straight lines of the timeless GROHE Essence faucet enhance the clean lines. GROHE Tempesta hand-held showers are also easy to use and blend in perfectly with the overall design.
