Warranty Terms For Domestic/Home Usage
The condition
GROHE (Thailand) will accept product claim in condition and
approved evidence that the product is defective under normal use in
materials or workmanship. During warranty period, GROHE (Thailand)
Limited shall provide for the repair parts of replacement and
exchange the product for a similar model or recommend others upon
agreement. In coordination together, HACO Group (1991) Co.,Ltd.
shall provide repair service, repair facilities and
installation.

1. Functional part of Cartridges
2. Other surface and functional parts including
Head parts, Thermo elements
3. Against design and Functional part
4. Rubber parts
5. Leakage of Trigger Spray
6. Digital / Sensor

Remark : The warranty does not cover
the following conditions;
- None any documentary evidence to show the period of warranty
such as receipt. Warranty card, etc.
- Defects or damages arising from shipping, installation,
alternation accidents, misuse or lack of proper maintenance.
- Postage or shipping costs incurred in returning product for
repair or replacement under this warranty and any labor or other
cost of removal or installation of products under this
warranty.
- Consequential or incidental damages
- A product is not installed according to improper water contact
or immersion, or if electric contact show evidence of short
circuit.
- Products don’t be fitted in line with Technical Product
Information (TPI) and don’t align with pressure guideline.
- Evidence of a regularly service program (annual)
- The life of battery.
