A housing community is to be established as the basis for the communal living arrangements.
The PHED passive house stands on the former border between the districts of Berlin-Mitte and Kreuzberg, and expresses a contrast between roughness and precision. A link between the inside and outside is created
by the balconies of the apartments, which project out into the street space thanks to their sculptural, plastic form.
The GROHE Minta kitchen faucets underline the minimalist character of the newbuild. The cylindrical shape with the striking U-shaped spout draws on a uniform design language. The GROHE SilkMove® technology is simple
and easy to use, and extremely durable. The high-gloss and robust GROHE StarLight® finish also reflects the precision of the building.
