The flowing projections lend the building a fresh look
The high-rise residential building constructed entirely in steel and concrete received the “Emporis Skyscraper Award” in 2009 for its unique design and environmentally friendly features. Each of the 82 floors has its own projecting, wave-shaped balcony, which sweeps dynamically around the building. The overall design of the façade therefore takes on the appearance of the rippled surface of water. The balconies also provide effective solar shading and therefore reduce the energy required to cool the building.
The luxurious flats are furnished in a stylish, contemporary design with high-quality GROHE Eurodisc pull-out kitchen faucets, GROHE Eurodisc bath mixers and GROHE Eurodisc shower combinations. Thanks to GROHE water saving technology in the kitchen and bathroom, the enhancement of the water enjoyment experience also results in significantly reduced water consumption.
