In the stairwell, a window front of almost five metres in length presents an uninterrupted view of the garden.

The VELUX LichtAktiv Haus is the German entry for the Model Home 2020 project, an experiment to convert a home from the 1950s into a zero-energy home that is modern and bright. Thanks to an innovative modernisation concept, the renovated house even achieves CO2 neutral operation.

GROHE products are used to help conserve resources in the kitchen and bathroom.
